And that should be resembled in their score.
But it’s not.

Your child will finally be able to accept and master new challenges for the stage.

Technique is vital but it can only take your child so far – master the art of stage presence and they will never get overlooked again.

By following a specific, syllabic plan, your child will go from A to Z in their technical abilities and self-assurance for the studio and community.
The best way to understand MUSICALITY is… when you see an amazing routine but can’t pinpoint why it was so great. Your child will learn 2 secrets to changing their routine from a “nice dance” to becoming the “WOW-FACTOR” everyone is talking about. These secrets are meant to stay with them so they can implement these secrets into all their routines and become the next big thing.
Say goodbye to the same mundane judges’ critiques and average scoring. The final step in becoming the Total Package is to apply personal STYLE. Stop the constant fear of not doing enough for your child and finally wrap your arms around a complete system for launching their dreams.
PICTURE YOUR CHILD BEING THE ONE GETTING RECOGNIZED AT COMPETITION
Your child is special with passion, talent, and big dreams. It seems they practically live at the dance studio but when it comes to competition… they are still coming up short.
WHAT IF YOU COULD GUIDE YOUR CHILD TOWARD SUCCESS WITHOUT TAKING OFF ANY MORE TIME AT WORK?
You have already taken off too much work to get your children to activities and are at your wits end about not having any more time to give your child what they need. You are exhausted from driving back and forth, but of course would be willing to keep going if felt you were on the right path…
WHAT IF YOU COULD WATCH YOUR CHILD SOAR WITHOUT THE JUDGING EYES FROM YOUR SMALL-TOWN COMMUNITY?
You see the judgment in people’s eyes and fear your child’s dreams may never be taken seriously. As your child grows older, they will see the faces of all they share their dream with and the pressure of judging looks. Without local support, their passion begins to wilt and starts to seem more like a pipedream.
Results are coming day by day – week by week in an 8-week course – i.e. You don’t need to finish it to see results. No boring slideshows, no talking heads – me, on camera, showing you how to implement my proven strategies in your dancing and for your routines.
Each video has one core focus and one corresponding action item. Videos are 10-20 minutes each –an hour of content a week. Get started and you’ll get the results… it’s as simple as that. Every element has been tried, tested, and proven to deliver for different competitive dancers from across the country.
“Our strength grows out of our weakness.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson
Acknowledge strengths –> Isolate weakness –> Fix weakness
In this action-packed module, we will uncover your biggest competition flaw and create a direct plan to…
Unveil competitive strengths that win!
WEEK ONE: Refining Focus
In the first week, through short video lessons, create an unbreakable bond between daughter and mother. For most kids from small-towns, the number one factor holding us back is the unknown. This session is dedicated to igniting a fire in your child to be able to speak up about their passion and set sights for their future. The parent and child open up conversation about the child’s hopes and dreams in a way to allow you, the parent, in and remain number one front-runner in launching your child’s dreams.
WEEK TWO: Successive Path
In this week, your child will breakthrough confusion and finally identify and fix exactly what’s been holding them back; as well as be able to map out a clear blueprint to blow right by. Uncovering these flaws allows your child the chance to progress faster at to achieve quick-fix solutions, immediately.
[And that’s right – no commute to and from lessons or time off work to do it.]
“Let me entertain you. Let me make you smile.” – Gypsy
As competitive dance continues to become more rigorous, many are forgetting that dance is an art form; NOT a sport. While it may seem untrue, a routine cannot be scored on technique and tricks alone. A performer must compile all elements to entertain, inspire, and captivate the audience [ahem, JUDGES].
In Module 2, learn ways to get bonus points from the judges and convince them to forgive, overlook, or even totally miss your child’s pesky flaws.
WEEK THREE: Stage Presence
This week your child will gain purpose in their performance and bring the FUN back into their routine. Your child will learn to display their passion and emotions onstage – freeing their reserved nature… allowing you to wipe away that prideful teardrop when they hit their final pose.
WEEK FOUR: Technique
In week four, your child will excel in strength and intelligence. They will learn to practice on their own in a syllabic and strategic method to see quick, safe results. Your child will no longer be flying by the seat of their pants, but they will learn simple tips to work smarter – NOT HARDER… Keeping them off the injury bench and allowing their dreams to become a reality.
WEEK FIVE: Musicality
Week 5, your child will see progress in all of their routines and styles of dance. Not only will your child achieve their goals faster and in a shorter period of time for their solo, but they will achieve an automatic shift in all styles of dance; even the one they think they are worst at.
This is where your child gets their confidence back.
By mastering weeks 1-5, here’s where they take back their individuality that makes them stand out; allowing them to grow into their truest, most confident selves. While it’s beautiful to see them shine onstage, the best part is watching your child grow into the intelligent, confident, person they were always meant to be.
WEEK SIX: Shine with Style
“All I ever needed was the music, and the mirror, and the chance to dance” – Cassie from A Chorus Line.
In Class Six, your child will bring out what makes them shine. This step they will take back their personal style… rather than what they’ve been trying to emulate. They will discover what makes them authentic to stand out and achieve their dreams.
Coming soon…
WEEK EIGHT: Inspire and Connect
Your child will become a stronger leader and person than you thought possible. Your child will learn to be a motivating and inspiring leader on the team to bring others up – improving their class abilities and studio reputation.

One of the hardest things for me in grades 7-12 was the loneliness of being “the only one who cared” on my team. They were my best friends, but they just didn’t get it. They didn’t spend their weekends researching musicals, taking off in a second for private lessons, or push their way to the front at conventions.
This loneliness was clear on my 18th birthday…
I had always loved attending Dance Olympus competition and convention in Minneapolis. It was 2 full days of sweating, working your butt off, and striving to get noticed. I kept saying how excited I was all week leading up and my teammates all made fun of me and complained. I just couldn’t relate. How could you be complaining about this incredible opportunity and a weekend of dance?
We were about to hit the stage for my 9th routine when everything went dark. I fell dancing in the hall and had to be rushed to the emergency room. The competition ended without me and I got first place! It has less excitement when you find out at the ER. The convention I was so excited to attend, I had to be a guest and my teammates, while complaining, wanted to switch me places.
The lack of appreciation, hard work, willingness to learn, passion to be good at what we do was lost on my team and I had never felt more alone.
In the Fall, I went to college and learned there were so many more kids out there like me. I wish I didn’t have to wait so long to find this dedicated energy but, I am so glad I did.
Your community filled with dancers who have ambition, drive, and passion are here to bring you up. It is important to meet other students like you because that is how you can improve at a faster rate. When you are surrounded by others who have a similar competitive edge, you can learn and grow from them. Surround yourself with others who lift you up, not tear you down.
Take advantage of this group.
Share new skills
Learn from others who have similar difficulties
Encourage dancers who you can inspire
Be a leader for the next generation
Learn about special events meant for you
And connect this network to dance together when you get older
Whatever problem or obstacle you are facing… someone else is too. Share and communicate because you might be the light for someone else’s day.
Hey, it’s Brittany! I am here for you and your child, personally.
That’s right! The one-on-one attention I charge thousands for is offered to you for FREE
Many online courses, teach dance steps and tricks and leave your child to fend on their own. They don’t even check in to make sure your child is safely progressing.
I just couldn’t leave your child to figure this out on their own. It’s physical and each year the tricks are getting more strenuous.
I want your child to see true success and not just flounder on their own – causing more harm than good. You both have direct access to me to progress, learn, and stay safe.
In addition to being personally involved in the Insider Community on a daily basis, I also hold a live stream Q&A for all members on Tuesdays at 5pm Eastern time. In these live streams, I review your dance progress and speak to your child personally about what they need to do to take it to the Next Level.
In the community, I’ve helped young dancers take action to Level Up their solo by implementing the Expression Elements.
I personally review solos your child is currently competing
Answer live questions
Bring advice or real-life topics to the table
The community becomes their fan for success and I get to be their biggest cheerleader
*Can’t make the live stream?
No worries. While it’s best if the child, parent, or both to be there live; every session is recorded. If you can’t make it, you can review your feedback on your own time and ask questions in the group.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity you won’t find anywhere else. It’s a weekly shot of adrenaline to keep you focused, motivated, and pushing forward on your path to Launching Your Dreams.
After 8 years as a national dance judge, award winning educator, and professional dancer at Disney World, Brittany understands that no one-dancer follows the same journey to success but needs a path mapped out for them to discover their true importance and unique strengths. She travels the world studying dance from all areas and as a small-town girl herself, is passionate about bringing big city opportunities to small town artists.
“As the Dream Launcher, it is my mission to give back what I’ve learned to be successful and find fame in the biz to lonely but desirous, small-town dancers. I know how it feels to be left in the dust and feel like you’ll always be at a disadvantage because of where we are from. Being proud of my home and upbringing, I need to show other dancers they can, too. By surpassing their geographical limitations, they can receive equal opportunities as dancers from the cities. I feel the parents’ apprehension to invest fully in their child’s dancing because it’s an unknown and unsupported activity in their community. I understand the child’s hesitation to set their goals too high because they are afraid dancing will always be a pipedream. They stay awake at night with the constant anxiety they will not live up to what big city dancers are capable of. I can picture these dancers embarrassed to get overlooked time and time again when they really have the potential to hold their own against the big city competitors. They give up soon as this guessing game is exhausted and feels like a never-ending feat.
Which is why I am inviting you to launch your dreams: where the true-hearted talent rises to the top… not just the people with the advantage.
It is life changing when they finally surpass their limits and it is an honor to see their transformation in confidence. These young dancers reach new heights they never could have thought possible! The parent gets to be a part of their process their number one front runner; just as my mom was (and still is) for me.” – Brittany [the Dream Launcher]
Dancers who don’t want to do anything extra outside the studio
If you think you can sit back and do nothing and still expect the same results, you are wrong. This program requires work and self-development to really take it to that next level. After you’ve completed the program, you won’t have to work as hard or as long with each routine, but the work must be put in now.
If you are too afraid or lazy to put in the work, you will not see any results and this is NOT the program for you.
Excuse People
If you are the type of person who makes excuses or blames others for your mistakes. Those who don’t take responsibility for their actions or success will not do well in this program. If you find yourself saying, “it’s hard for me… I can’t achieve… can’t do that because I’m in the country… I can’t get the same level of success” then this is not for you.
Moms who want it… but your child does NOT.
If you’re a mom that wants to see your child transform but your child is not in the game… then this is not for you.
Dancers Afraid To Surpass Their Team
If you do not want to surpass your team and take on more responsibility as leader on your team then this is not for you. With this Blueprint to success, your confidence will increase and you’ll want to share your knowledge with your friends. If you are afraid of what they might think… then you might want to stay right where you are.
Too Afraid Of What Your Friends Might Think
If you are too afraid your friends will make fun of you for working hard and learning more, this is not the right process for you.
This 8-week system is created for young dancers just like me who are ambitious, hardworking, and always striving for the next step. The academy is a fast paced, learn from home, system to turn your child into the Total Package. After completing the course with Brittany, your child will be able to apply these principles for all solos in their future… and before you know it, they’ll start applying these principles without thinking in the studio – becoming a better and more intelligent dancer from your small-town community.
The Academy is created to take you from A to Z in 8 weeks and turn you into a stronger, better dancer no matter what level you are at. You do not need to already have a solo. Brittany’s system guides you through a set of combinations to improve these steps so you can apply them to routines at your studio.
The Academy was created for busy parents like yourself, but who still want to be involved with their child’s dreams and activities. It is your dream to watch your child’s dreams come true and you can’t expect your child to figure that out on their own. With this step-by-step plan, the three of us will communicate and make sure you are in the loop, but the daily action steps are meant for your child to complete on their own.
Plan for your child to set aside 4-5 hours the first week and 3-4 the following weeks. Depending on your child’s strengths, they may require less time at a certain level but don’t want them to rush through it either. That includes watching the videos, taking the action steps, and attending the Live Stream.
By the end of Step 4, you’ll see that learning these steps now, will save your child a lot of time in the future to launching their dreams.
No worries. While it’s best if the child, parent, or both to be there live; every session is recorded. If you can’t make it, you can review your feedback on your own time and ask questions in the group at a later time.
The Academy is not about getting it done fast. It is learning how to apply these steps to movement and choreography. It is not a race and if your child needs more time – please don’t feel rushed to complete it.
Yes! Throughout the year, I take applications to work with me in my 1-on-1 Master Membership. But if your child is highly motivated and puts in the work at home, the Academy should be just what they need to becoming the Total Package. I know it may seem crazy to down sell the program that costs thousands more, but for many of my students the Academy has gotten them everything they need.
But if your child is on a time crunch and needs to see faster results with more time 1-on-1 then you might be interested in applying for the Master Membership.
If you are still unsure, you can start in the Academy and upgrade to the Master Membership in the future. The amount paid in the Academy will be credited to the total amount of the Master Membership.
If you’d like to learn more about how your child can work with me on a more personal level, CLICK HERE.
Hey guess what, I don’t like dancing on Zoom either. While there are certain techniques I can pinpoint on Zoom, there is no way to know if their musicality is correct. The Academy is a set of pre-recorded videos created to give your child action steps for their dance or solo. These action steps are usually with a pencil and paper – no screen time necessary.
When your child submits a dance video, it will be pre-recorded and not on Zoom. Then I evaluate and give corrections similar to that of a professional football game, where I can pause, draw charts, and give direction directly to your child.
I may request Zoom if I notice your child is not understanding a critique and I need to hop on to show them in real time. But this is a bonus to make sure your child is reaching their true potential.
Stop waiting for the perfect time to start something new. Each day your child is dreaming of their next solo… the next big trophy… the time they get to shout their studio’s name on the microphone… That can’t happen if they keep doing what they have always done.
It’s time to get started.
Right here, right now.
